FishBowl version 1.3 is now available for download.



Before downloading and using this program , it is an absolute requirement that you purchase and install a RS-232 opto isolator.


This device provides electrical isolation between the Inverter and the computer. The Suntie Comm. port is referenced to the photo-voltaic negative input , NOT earth ground. In addition , the switching power supply has substantial , high frequency energy that will damage your computers. This is a certainty , not a probability.

Current users of FishBowl are safely running using the following product.

This is an rs232 to rs232 opto isolator , that runs off an external 12 volt power source (wall wart).

I recommended that the isolators be placed at or as close as possible to the inverters.This will minimize inverter noise being coupled/transmitted beyond the opto's
