I'm having a tough time finding the actual language of the energy bill that was signed today...are there any new tax credits or other incentives for solar that made it through to the final version? |

pretty sure everything was stripped out at the last moment, as the new PV stuff was tied removing tax breaks on Oil, which was labelled as "Tax Increases" by the republicans and the Sentate filibustered. Sad indeed ... |
