I saw on the Florida website that all the funding for the 2008-2009 solar rebate program had been used up. The law said, "Any resident of Florida who purchases and installs a new solar energy system from July 1, 2006, through June 30, 2010, is eligible for a rebate on a portion of the purchase price of that solar energy system." So does that mean that eventually you'll get the rebate, it just might be another year or two? Or will you just have to gamble that the rebates through the 2009-2010 fiscal year aren't used up too?

All of this years funding is gone, if you put in a system and submit an application, if approved, your inline for when next years funding comes available ( July 2009 )

At this point I wouldn't think its a big risk, but the longer one waits to install, the more other applications are submitted taking up next years funding
