| Post subject: | Xantrex: Xantrex GT3.8 Inverter Firmware Updates |
I have a question here, can anyone tell me if Xantrex has updates to their Firmware on their GT3.8 Inverters?, Im currently using VER. 02.04.00 My other question is if they do have updates can I install them myself, just like installing a Bios Update to a motherboard. Fred |

Yes, No, Your firmware version is Fine, I haven't heard of any functional bugs in the 2.X software. Xantrex does have tools to update the firmware on a case by case basis, it would be for a on-site specific issues ... you would contact customer service and work it thru them if you had a problem that needed attention |
