It took one year and two weeks to hit 10,000 Kwhs. on a system rated at 8,000 Kw.
Cost of a little over $60.00 for the year, billed from Long Island Power Authority (Grid connection fee), with about 11,000 Kwhs in excess. The 11k is listed on bill as a reserve Kwh balance. So far no cash back.
Year two on its way. Time for an electric Hot Water Heater.

Does that not offset your bill though ? You aren't writing checks, except for the connection fee?
