Looks like Asi , probably Unisolar panels .. 1.80 watt if you can get them at the opening bid ... seems like a decent deal

The VOC would make these have to ALL be wired parallel for a 48 volt Suntie system , so you would need some type of combiner board , also the size (area) is 2x Si panels , but still if you get for 1800 , would be a decent addition for capacity to your systems !
