Just upgraded from the v1.6 on the Xantrax site to v1.8 from here, and it was seamless.

Thank You

Nice to see your heatsink tempatures are down ...

You might consider using the smaller outline GT-View, even with my 1600x1200 monitors, the "supersize" is just to big ( personal opinion of course  )

Odd.... I have 17" mon, 1024x768, and mozilla, IE6 & firefox, winxp, at 7/8 full screen, both normal & super sizes show about the same 3/4 width of the browser, except normal size, the font is all jagged.
- edit - HTML code has fixed display size command, I'll try deleting that, or forceing to the smaller 557x185 .PNG

Maybe I'll check the resolution of the laptop that is hosting, - odd, it's stuck at 5:06pm....

Heatsink - I ended up with a min desk fan on the rack next to it, to stir some air up. Only about a 20 or 30 watt load, but more than the fan kit would have consumed.

Is it possible, if the GT series reports it's model #, to have an option check box to display it on the right panel, like the RECORD and ONLINE fields?
Mike

There is no spare space on the "panel". Allot of messages only appear when the event triggers, like over tempature, power limit, reconnect timer ect. So while it looks empty, it isn't.

The Custom Text feature allows 32 characters to be entered by the user and is displayed on the bottom edge of the GT-View window. This is what I use to indicate the array and model type on my three inverters
