Has anyone gotten GT-View or SG-View working under linux? My USB to Serial converter is working, but GT-View isn't talking over it when run in linux wine.
Thanks,
Jim

P.S. Any simple command I can give my inverter from a tty terminal to elicit a response just for testing the interface?

I'd love to know the answer to this question...has anyone had any luck using a linux box to monitor a Xantrex inverter?

I have gtview running on a virtual windows machine running under linux using VirtualBox. Works great, but you have to install a real windows os in the virtual machine and run sgview there. sgview doesn't work. Starts up but throws an error right away.
