Anybody else have problems with their order from mini-itx.com?

According to their records, my mini-itx system was delivered on May 4th, and my receptionist signed for it. That's odd because I live in a house, and there are no businesses nearby. I've given my cat (the only other resident of my house) specific orders to not sign for any packages!

It's now been more than a month and a half since I ordered the system. Have been E-mailing with them, but ... it's seeming to take forever trying to "track" the order and figure out "where it is".

I know *exactly* where the money I paid them is.

I've NEVER ordered from mini-itx.com ... I use there links for US sellers and also use www.pricewatch.com.



I'd just call your credit card issuer and say it's a fraudulant charge ...

Then order from a US place
