I figured you were looking at the BP Asi panels on eBay
BP no longer makes these panels, or any Asi panel, the only manufacture that still does is unisolar
Asi , was touted as the coming of cheap PV panels , but many manufactures found it wasn't cheaper to produce , there are long term degradation issues and they need 2X the space of Si for the same wattage.
I like a deal just like anyone else , but when you can get brand new Si panels for 3.60 watt with a proven track record , is it really a bargain to get Asi panels that are no longer produced , what do you do when you get panel failures , you should check with BP Solar about warranties
My vote, maybe for a single panel, it might be OK, for any type of real array, no way, of course just IMHO
