I just started having a problem with one of my STXR2500 (I have 3). It keeps resetting and saying it will start in 300 seconds (and counts down) then it says Thermal Derating for a few minutes then resets to the countdown. It keeps reading 241vac - 76vdc, which is a lot higher than my other two which read 61.8vdc and 62 vdc. Any ideas???? I think this started after the big rain storm last week.

The reason the VDC is higher is no power is being harvested from the array and it is sitting at close to open ciruit (no load)

Sounds like time for service. If under warrenty , they will do a ship ahead a replacement unit for you with a Credit Card number , otherwise you would have to wait for the failed unit to be repaired I beleive
