bzublin,

I have to say very very nice setup. I don't see a way to change the tilt. Are you using a spring / fall tilt year round? You might have said already.

The pictures I posted are not of my system, they are some systems in my area. They are all fixed angle, probably around 30 degrees which is ideal for my latitude of 33 degrees.

Thanks for the pictures :D

Thats reversed from my first system, on your it would seem summer adjustment means you LIFT the front of your rack, that must be a bit of a challenge weight wise :?

On my first system, it was similar, but I had to lift the back. I did make the rails slide though with detents, so I could use both hands to lift and the rails would slide into the next position but if I was to do it again, I would have the rails like a see-saw so it would be netural on the weight ...

where can I find the pictures on this forum?

Thanks

It looks like all of the pictures I posted were deleted from the forum. Send me an email at bzublin@zublin.com and I will email you all of the pitcures that I have, including my system which I finished October 2006.

My installer went with the "Roof Trac" top-down mounting system to fasten the Sharp panels onto my tile roof.

The inspector required that they all be bonded to earth ground.

Wow, those panels are pretty low on the ground, hope road traffic (or is that your private driveway) does not detour over them.
