Has anyone heard of "Q-CELLS" brand solar panels?

I did a Google search, found the corporate web site...it states that they fabricate cells for panel manufacturers.
I have seen Q-Cell panels for sale by that brand name.
Does anyone have info or experience with this company?

The minor differences in the performance of Silicon Solar cells is not that big of a deal. Buy on price per watt all Si cells are basically the same for the long haul
