#9. The heat sink makes for a worthy competitor to the George Forman fat-less grill.

Ha ...

I haven't found one "lady" that digs solar of any type ...

The response was ... so you going to spend 30k to save 80 dollars a month ???

I did it because I beleive solar power and at some point , the world will have to change from fossil based fuel to something else.

I lived thru the oil/gas problems of the 70's and havent forgotten what happens when supply is smaller than demand. The price I have paid for my system is the average price of an SUV ... most people (including my signifigant other) wouldn't think twice of getting the new vechile but balks at the solar stuff

I'm just really happy I took the plunge ...

Good point on the SUV costs.

My attitude has been...there is "free lunch with solar power as well as free dinner, as long as you can afford the breakfast."

The ladies are out there. My first project was for an 89 year old widow who put it in because of her ardent fervor to protect the environment and protest against corporatism.

My second project was for an empty nest couple where the wife used her inheritance from her father's p***ing to honor his memory with a solar system.

Another project was for an elderly couple where the wife was seriously ill. When I showed her their meter running backwards, she started crying and said "I never thought I would live to see this."

Another project was for a single woman who is an airline flight attendant. She was motivated by her social conscious.

So, yes gentlemen, there are women who dig this solar stuff. God, I love my job!
