I have a GT solar inverter monitor installed. It worked fine for about 4 months then started to erase the monthly and yearly graphs. Now it will collect data for a couple of weeks then I will find the data has been erased.Anyone experience this problem or know how to correct it? Thanks.

One year with two GT4.0 converters, no problems, logging on dedicated computer with two programs running, one for each inverter.

Is this SG's software ? or is this the Xantrex wireless gateway ? The SG monitor has no graph that I know of.

Had the same problem with my GT5.0 setup, it randomly resets - not weekly or monthly, but maybe 3 months, then 5 months, etc. Got a replacement monitor, same issue. Now I just live with it.
