I have been shopping for the best price for a SunSaver MPPT charge controller. I found this:

Mr Solar: $216.00 plus $16.02 shipping, total $232.02

Eco Direct $219.95 plus $16.51 postage, total, $236.46

On ebay, I found it for $215.00 plus free shipping. The seller has 100% positive feedback. He calls himself Discountsolar. Here is the link:
