Xantrex (aka Trace)
SW Series supposedly does all this (after you add a $500 "Grid Tie Interface"),
Outback Power looks like they are on the way to being able to do this with their FX2000 inverter (once they have their grid tie UL approved) and you can also check out the RE4500 at
the Vanner web site.
FWIW, I have heard Vanner is a lot more expensive, but I do not have any details or personal experience... maybe Solar Guppy can get a Vanner presence and product area on this board too???
