I installed two Trace SW 5548's and everything was working fine with 4000 watts of Seman panels. After speaking with a rep at Xantrex, it was recommended that I upgrade to the GTI. After installing the GTI and checking with the rep two or three times as to how to fine-tune my unit, I find that the line tie cell back isn't as efficient as the original unit. To put it very bluntly - on the old unit, the meter used to spin fast backwards. NOw it barely moves backwards. Yet, Xantrex says it's only 1 percent less efficient than the old unit???? Are there any comments?
