It is not. It is isolated, and its ground fault detector circuit will automatically ground the array. This provision in the NEC is to allow for un-isolated inverters, and so far I don't think any states have adopted this. The benefit of going this route will be potential for higher efficiency, but the drawback is a much more elaborate GF detection scheme to get listed.
